Villa Dada is a brand-new 100-m2 apartment built in 2021, completely furnished, with a view on the Lagorai and Latermar mountains. It features 3 bedrooms (two queen-size and a twin, w/ included bed sheets and covers) that can accomodate up to 6 guests, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), a fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TV, fast internet with WiFi and ethernet available in every room, a terrace and a balcony (both with a view), two private parking spots and a secure bike/motorbike parking.

The apartment is placed at the entrance of the town of Predazzo, just a few hundred meters from all the services and establishments. It is close to the Skibus stop for the winter, and close to the bike route for the summer. Its position is perfect to visit the whole Fiemme and Fassa valleys.
The apartment is located in Via Rododendri, 1 in Predazzo (TN).
You can easily get here by car from the A22 highway: take the Egna-Ora-Termeno exit, first follow the directions for Cavalese and then for Predazzo along the SS48, go towards the town center. On your right you’ll find the Longo Ford mechanic, and right next to it you can enter Via Dei Rododendri: 30 meters forward you’ll find the entrance of the apartmente on your left.
