About our name

In the picture you can see Maria and Luca, respectively the aunt and the first child of Emanuela, your hostess.

Much to Emanuela's disappointment, Luca's first word wasn't the much longed for "mom", nor the common "dad". The first word her son ever pronounced was "Dada", pointing to aunt Maria, who ever since became Dada for the whole family.

Villa Dada is in fact the house Maria, who unfortunaely left us in 2020, used to live in and which has been renovated and made even more beautiful to keep Maria's cheerful and welcoming character alive.
